Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Giant Revive

I have a Giant Revive which I bought New (old) stock back in 2010. It's been sitting in my shed because it has a floppy handlepost. I contacted the shop where I bought it but…anyway I aso tried Giant GB, other bike shop to no avail. I think there should be TWO wedges on the locking device for the post but i am unable clarify this. I have searched the Web. I have attached a couple of images and would appreciate any help in this matter, especially if there is a wedge missing. thanks in anticipation.

Not familiar with Revive parts. Is that piece at all similar to adjustable stems for upright bikes? Have you looked at any of those?
This owner's manual doesn't offer much information.

I am not sure about the internals of this arrangement but from what I see in the third picture you have that threaded in backwards. there is no physical way that could work by exerting pressure, only can work in tension.
