Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Just think how history would have taken a turn if Schwinn had introduced a take-off of that design in the 60s instead of the Sting-Ray. They could have jazzed it up, and every kid in the world would have wanted a little dragster bike that looked like what Rat Fink rode. Instead of running around doing wheelies, all the kids would have been going for speed, even giving adults on 'ten speeds' a run for their money.
