Old recumbent identification.

I've had it for a little while now and forget what kind it is, seeing if you could help me out.

It is if I recall correctly the first production short-wheelbase under-seat steering recumbent. The seat is a cut-up plastic bucket chair. It's in the back of the garage so I can't get any pics right now.

Thanks for any help.

Without pics it'll be almost impossible. But what you're describing might be an old Hypercycle. Thirty-six inch wheelbase, USS.

Maybe a hundred or two. They're death to ride- IIRC the only bent capable of an easy endo.

Nobody would want it to ride; so it's only value would be as a collector's item, if you could find a buyer.

"Do you know what their current value is?"

Smart aleck response: Whatever you can get someone to pay you for it.
