Tryker tires

Now that they have been out for a while, does anyone have a good report or comment on Tryker tires for their trike? Basically what is your opinion on them?

I upgraded from the Cheap Sh... erm... Cheng Shin tires (the 40 psi ones that TerraTrike ships by default) on my trike, and have found them pretty good so far. I'd say I picked up 1-2 mph (just a guess though) the times I've gotten out on a warm day, and comfort with these at 85 PSI is comparable to the CSTs at 45 (yeah, I overinflated them). Handling seems decent, but this trike will lift a wheel easily, so I don't push it that hard.

Grip on loose surfaces seems better than the CSTs, too, although the whole trike was extremely sluggish when it was -12 out. Not sure if that was my body, or just the hub getting cold and the grease stiffening.

I'm using this quote the next time I'm slow

I have had them on my Ice Sprint RS since they were released. I am really pleased with the low wear and they roll as good as any tires I have tried on my trike. On a down hill coast , my Sprint will roll as long and fast as a Catrike 700.

I wouldn't trust those tires unless they were made out of carbon fiber.
