Fort Lauderdale Riders
Alright, today I tracked down two new riders somehow. The guys I ride with only go from the Poorhouse to 711 for cigarettes and maybe to Maguires(not that there's anything wrong with that). Let's ride. Start chattin on here, so we can start getting together. Challo

There was this one time a year and a half ago that a bunch of us from Gainesville headed down there to go to Piccolo Park and we met up with a few people from down there and one from Boston, about 20 of us total. We were drunk and blazing through the happening areas of Fort Lauderdale on a Friday night. We got stopped at a red light or some train tracks or something, and about half of us were trackstanding and a couple girls giggled and told us we were really cute.
Really not what you're looking for at all, but it seemed somehow relevant. Sorry.

I always call the Velodrome and see what's up and then never make it down there. I'm considering going tonight for the first time to destress. You been?

I live right near Brian Piccolo, in suburbia. There's a 954 critical mass, but i think its usually in Hollywood.

I was there. There was only a handful of people though, not what I expected. Also, no one knew where they were going and I followed...turning wide right onto a one-way, the wrong way and almost got dead.

So, I'm not some internet loser looking for friends. We've got a group in FTL and last week I met some more people in Miami. It seems there's more around and we all want to set up some regular night to play at the Velodrome and drink and do things, so I'm trying to get it together. For whatever reason all my friends/riders make fun of me for being on this forum, so they never come on, so we can talk in an open forum and get things going.

yes. both the organized cm's can be totally ******** for different reasons. you will see if you go to the 10/13/07 ride in the gables. the ability to ride in a group escapes many people down here for some reason.
