If you're using baskets, proper discs are pretty much a must. Like steeker, I generally use my regular discs: heavies, 165 + for driving and the smaller ones for finisse appoachers, 133's or 110's depdending on wind conditions |

So finally made it down to MEC today (4:30ish) no more park tool (witch i knew) they are now selling fitzer, but no pedal wrenches in stock. Cycle therapy (great place to get park tools) the chic convinced me on the shop one $ but very nice & beefy. I just experienced an almost overwhelming urge to sell off the Pake frame/wheelset and build up a new commuting bike. Steamroller is at least double butted ... I can get it for cheap and it'll fit bigass cyclocross tires in the winter. That and I've got that 36/36 double fixed set of Formula hubs just itching to be laced up 3 leading/3 trailing.
