Edit: Is there an easy way of getting fork race off fork without the fancy park tool? Add: This is not a destructive removal of said race and the fork is not disposable. |
Get the hammer!!!!

it doesn't look that bad if you use smaller ones and tiny screws. i've done it on a frame with no braze ons and it seemed meet my aesthetic scrutiny...

with all our talk of Oakleys yesterday I found this.... http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/2...dpng000jg6.jpg I want to get one of these shields so I can see if I can adapt it for my full face Helmet. I figure i should be able to Dremel the material if necessary. |

Jammer just get one of these: http://www.uksport.gov.uk/images/upl...2018-04-06.jpg Although granted, it's not full face but it's pretty aer0. |
I'd love to have some sort of shield .... especially for winter riding. Wanted one since I got the helmet, I used ski goggles last winter, worked ok but too hot at times. I don't actually want the shield plastered up against my eyes.
hmmm Oakley Hockey Visors. http://en.ccmsports.com/catalog/oakl...px&pypos=150px |

The FB shield is like 40 bucks US....
I'll poke around and try to find some canadian retailer with either, CCM distributes the hockey visior. I like the look of the Aviator Hockey. We'll see as good optically correct ski/snowbaord goggles are a fortune anyway and then I get fogging issues sometimes. |
Hey fixie dudes, check out my new project...
(Excuse the crappy quick-shoot photos. I'm gonna take some better daylight shots later.) http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/4...nardi01cx9.jpg http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/3...nardi02kd9.jpg http://img247.imageshack.us/img247/7...nardi03iu2.jpg http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/6...nardi04lj6.jpg http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/4...nardi05bl6.jpg Eagerly awaiting the rest of the parts to build it up... :) |
