Anyone know a local store that has Dia-Compe Brake Lever Hoods in white?
I rode CanadaWide for Cancer in 2006! I rode 6850km and raised over $110 000 for kids with cancer. Check out the journal at: http://www.cyclingforcancer.ca

Bike Pirates is only open on Thursday and Saturday, not Thursday through Saturday, right? I have some stuff to donate but would hate to get down there and have it be closed.

Nice to meet you too Cavit8. Final reminder, 6pm Dumpling house 328 spadina. If I don't see you there then before the race.

Keith thanks a ton for fixing B's derailleur and for getting safe with us.

you guys are safe all the time.

i ran out of coffee this afternoon so i had to pick some beans up at alternative grounds to tide me over. i dunno, not on the same level as i deal in my mind. even AG's dark roast wasn't dark enough (i like my bean dark black and oily). i have huge problems.

enjoy the race all; i'm eating roast beef and hopefully putting the finishing touched on the orange bianchi. which reminds me, keith i think the BB in there is a touch too wide so i may be by in the near future for you to have a look-see.

The bolivian beans from alternative grounds is good. I got some ethiopian stuff (can't remember the name) from there last week and it's also good.

Is anyone gonna check out the silent sports swap tomorrow?

My wife is worried as I told her I might stay home with her instead of the alleycat. She told me to get out and have fun while I still can. Yet another reason why I love her so.

    Dumplings here I come.

It seems that I heve used the correct saddle over the years. That and boxers helped in keeping the little fellows strong and eager. Seems they swam upstream like champs. Way to go team!

Very tired right now from the race. From my house and back, total ride was 40km. Not a lot really, but trying to keep up with Dan and Shiz was tough at times. Great times.

Sham, thanks for the B.M.card, it rocks!

Shiz, hope the face is feeling better. You still look sexy so don't worry. And chicks dig scars I've been told.

after cleaning myself up I actually only have a little scratch above my lip and a tiny cut on my chin... it just looked way worse because my nose bled for a little bit. Fun race but I got so cold while we were standing around at the ex!

I'm pretty sure I hit all the check points in the time allotted. I think I was told at the finish, that on time alone I was 7th. It was a lonely race, but looking forward to some pics and vids. I wish I'd had a video cam I would have provided some nice shots. Fun time. Going to go to cavern and the office later, shake out my legs. Hey...does anyone know how many riders there were?
