Thinking of buying a 2002 LeMond Alpe d'Huez triple.

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Here is the ad: 59cm Lemond Alpe D'Huez

Is this a fair price? Seems a bit high compared to other LeMond bikes on EBay and Craigslist, allowing of course for differences in model, model year, and condition.

Price is probably a bit high.

When something is 'bottom dollar' it doesn't include free clothes.

Turn up with $600 and a smile and you might get it.

Nice bike though.

The owner might think it's some investment piece, in which case make fun of babies triple, 1 bottle cage, positive stem, and the fact it's barely ridden.
