Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I am looking to buy a new wheelset for my road bike. I currently have the Alex DA-22's. Does anybody have any suggestions about Alex's A-class wheels or any other manufacter's comprable sets?

I have the A-Class ALX-300 on my bike. I do not have a whole lot of miles on them yet, so I cannot speak to them very well. When I decide to upgrade, I will likely look for a wheelset w/ at least 105 hubs and a higher spoke count. I'm sure there are others in this board who can recommend a good wheelset for you at your pricerange.

Alex wheels are on the very low end of wheel sets. I have the alex 330, and they are ok at best.
