Ritchey themselves don't do builds. The only place that I know online that do is Adrenaline Bikes, but I'm sure that there are others.

I saw Ritchey recommended already, so I'll second that. I don't know if any threw out the Jamis Quest line on here yet, but they are pretty nice. Their highest end model has Reynolds 631, a carbon fork, 105 group, and has looks to kill. I'm not sure how aggressive you want your geometry, but I would say it has a "sporty" feel. Not relaxed like an enduro, but not quite a racer. I liked it a lot when I rode one.

I wish Bianchi would scrap that light green, and got to an italian red.

I wish the BikeDoctorUSA, would find some one to help them with their web-site. I think they would do a lot more businesswith a better web-site. JMHO

I believe they still call that color Celeste. The legend was that Bianchi made a bike for some Pope and created that color which was supposed to be "celestial". It is their iconic color and likely never to be eliminated. Bianchi without a celeste bike is sort of like Ferrari without a red car.

For sure, their website is ducking woeful. Stand up guys though who came recommended by Ritchey themselves. You just have to deal with them by email.

I saw a picture from the Milan bike show so I contacted Tom at GVH bikes because at the time he was selling Cinellis. I paid upfront and since it was a guaranteed sale, he didn't have to carry inventory, he gave me a ridiculously low price. He actually ordered two at the time. He had the second one listed at a higher price than mine but still well under retail. He sold it quick. I imagine the MSRP mark up on that frame is quite a bit.
Tom sells steel frames of his site. You may find something you like.

If there's a more modern and racier steel frame than a Breezer Venturi, I've not seen it. I have one and love it; stiff, responsive, and razor-sharp handling.

Sweet and the Breezer dealer is my LBS...6 min. from my house. Didn't know they were selling them. Guess I'll go down there today to see if he has one. Breezer Bikes - Venturi - Bike Overview Killer price BTW.

Even if you are skeptical about the full truth of Breezer's claims and plaudits (like I am), I just don't see how someone wanting a modern steel bike can pass this up. This is the most killer steel frame deal I have ever heard of. One would be crazy to buy anything else. As much as I love my vintage 531 frame that I recently had restored, I feel cheated to have spent $600 fixing it up. I could have just as easily had the Breezer. %^&$

I don't think you understand the full intent of the original saying. We probably ought to quit fine tuning this rather bigoted characterization before someone gets really offended. I can see it coming.

If I didn't already have my steel Guru w/SRAM (mostly Red) I'd be all over that deal.

Hard to beat the deal on the Breezer. I considered it when I got my Smoothie but the press fit bottom bracket and paint scheme didn't appeal to me

But I am a Goyim... (Just not a stupid one!) (Well...I'm Italian- and they say there's a little Jew in every Italian- with my luck, it's probably Woody Allen in me!)
