wow Wow WoW WOW !!!
I need to throw out a big thanks to Chris Charmichael, Troy Jacobson and Paul Fabish. Why ??? Well ... I road outside for the first time this year and it was great. I had more power than I have ever had on a bike. I've spent 4 days a week riding on an indoor trainer since January 1. I watched Chris's and Troy's videos and they helped me with my strength and vo2. I also had my bike sized to fit me by Paul and it felt like that made a big difference.
This is a first for me actually training on a biek indoors. I took hills much stronger than ever before. It was funny feeling the bike excellerate underneath me after being staionary for so long. I easily picked up between 2-3 mph over my times on the same route at the end of my cycling season last year.
Now, I just need to incorporate indoor training into my regular season to keep the fitness levels where they are or improve them.
Just thought I'd share ... wow ... what a great day !!!!

Great report John. I find my stationary bike boring, but I've never tried it with videos. Sounds like a good idea.

I am a huge fan of Coach Troy's Spinervals. I think they're fantastic!
