The graphics look common to the 2006 models. I did not see this color combo on their archive page.
And all of those have "Allez" on the chainstay, and "Specialized" on the seat stay. Your version says "Specialized" on both the chainstay and seatstay.
It is possible the bike is a 2006, but at some point had repair work and/or paint job after production.
