Elbow pain?
About 3 weeks into riding a road bike (coming from a hybrid)... about 70 miles a week average.
Damn my elbows hurt tonight. Pain is on the inside/bottom part of the joints.
What the heck is that from? I don't lock them, and don't think I put much pressure on them (I'm riding with a broken wrist... so a lot of pressure up there is not an option, frankly).
I checked sheldon brown's site and found nothing. So what gives?

To give you a best answer, we need you to put on some tennis shoes and have your s/o take a picture with your cell phone of you leaning up against a wall with you on your bike with hands on the hoods...trying to approximate your dynamic riding position. A picture as it were is worth a thousand words and should identify your issue.
Fit, fit, fit. The rest is technique.
If you run drop on your road bike, better have some core strength and body strength to power the pedals to take pressure off your hands. A good place to start is more saddle setback but we need a picture to get a better sense of whats going on.

What kind of fit did you get when you bought the bike?

The fitter set me up on a trainer and started measuring angles at the feet, knees, etc... until we got everything adjusted with the seat properly. We didn't end up changing the stem height, so I'm pretty upright until I go down in the drops. With my wrist broken, I don't go down in the drops very often, however.

Post a picture of your riding position head-on and from the side. Not in your living-room leaning on a wall, but actually moving down the road.
Handlebar-width and posture may need to be adjusted.

Bend your elbows a little, I used to lock mine, without realizing it.
Riding with them bent just a bit really helped, as in no more pain.

You're probably compensating for the broken wrist. I would not make a lot out of it until the wrist has healed.
