Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Williams System 22

I searched but didn't find any reviews or discussion of the System 22 wheelset.

is this a new model?

Any opinions?

My Ksyrium Elite's are done, and I don't want to spend more than about $600

i am 160lbs, ride kind of bumpy roads with lots of hills.

also considering the Soul 2.0.., but the williams will get to me sooner, and i just figure that being closer, they will be easier to deal with if anything goes wrong.

I have a set of Williams System 38 carbon clinchers, great wheelset. I like the hubs and wheels have been zero issue daily ridden. Rear is loud but not obnoxious. Cant speak of warranty with no problems but service is great and wheels shipped fast. Another option is november Nimbus Ti but probably slightly over $600 wth shipping.

No. If I did own them, I would know the spoke tensions.

the large NDS flange makes me a bit concerned that the NDS spoke tension would be lower than ideal.
