Strava KOM's for everyone! Certain e-bikes officially legalized for bike paths in CA

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ahhh... I see all the categories on the cell phone when recording/saving the activity. But, on the web interface, I only see Cycling vs Running. So, if you specify E-Bike, does it still get thrown in with the cycling KOMs?

It should not. Only regular Ride activities should show up on the cycling leaderboard. The implication is each activity has its own leaderboard, but I don't even know how to see the running one.

Running leaderboards show up on run segments.

Ahem, 1% is not uphill, try 14% and then get back to us.

And you'll only see the running segments if you specify your workout as a run.

You aren't going to do 25mph up a 1% grade for 1.5 miles without considerable effort. That same effort should yield quite a fast speed up a 14% grade, too.

And I think his point was that 20mph uphill doesn't mean someone is cheating. Shallow grades or shorter steeper segments are totally doable at over 20mph. My one KOM is on a 5.5% grade where I managed 23mph (for 0.1miles).

Weird to think that someone has has held 25 mph on a slight uphill hasn't tried a 14% gradient. I would actually think just the opposite.

I feel no need to try and show off to you by showing some really awesome segments that I have rode. But you if feel dissatisfied with that, shoot me a personal message

I'm going to need to see a year over year report, by segment, by bike. Please have it ready by tomorrow at 8am. Thanks.
