Another mile for a metric. I see you're not anal either.
Today we also had a mildly windy ride, about 10-15 mph into a headwind on the outbound and a wicked fast return. Fun ride. First time I had to put on arm warmers this year. Temps began around 60*.

The cruise was excellent. A very nice trip and I did manage to avoid foreign jails. I nearly achieved success in giving my children away. We met some interesting people from other countries, including a couple from Tallahassee, Florida. I watched some really bad basketball players who thought they were somewhat decent and I rode Flowrider surf simulator.

Test fitting:
Not too shabby, but joints will need a little tweak here and there. Still needs a lot of smoothing and sanding, too. Undecided what I'll do as far as the finish.

I have a Nasbar aluminum project bike I built up a couple years ago but have not really ridden, going to take it out for my club's 50 mile recovery ride tomorrow. Will try to post pics, as long as no one teases me about my floppy stem.

Still kicking.
Hammered on today's ride.

I don't have this kind of talent. When I had shop class in 7th and 8th grade, the teacher advised me to go store-bought in the future.

I respectfully point out that you spelled it wrong. I think you meant "hamered". More importantly, is that the active or passive voice? Did you hamer, or were you hamered?

No reflection on you, but I never felt that shtik was that funny anyway, certainly not funny enough to warrant institutionalizing. In fact I've always felt it was kept alive initially by a group of mean-spirited individuals who just wanted to keep making fun of somebody. THEN down the road a piece it became institutionalized by tradition, by people who weren't even here when it originated. But to me the origins weren't that funny and still today it's not that funny.
But that's just me.

Ryan provided some golden threads. I liked the kid and even tried to help him out but he was his own worst enemy. Still, his phrases and misspellings keep on giving.
I miss him.
I miss him.
