FLOP factor in relationship to pancakes

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Do you really have to clean and dry your pancakes before you apply more syrup? Also, if you clean, do you take the pancakes off the plate, or do you leave them on the plate for cleaning?

Oh and lower grade maple syrups taste way better than the ultra filtered, more expensive grades, but they don't make my pancakes last as long.

Not like steel. It's stiff (when dry) and doesn't transmit vibration and like carbon fiber, it burns.

And this of course, is why millions of Indians and Nepalese start up the morning fire with bits of asploded cf frames.

Carbon fiber is scorched rayon and as such, is already burnt. If you burn the epoxy matrix the composite will become carbon-carbon, which is even better. But don't take my word for it, set your own frame on fire
