Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

sheeet.
now I can't ride my bike anymore, it didn't make the
editors list.
I don't get it with Bicycling. the Issue with Following Annie
was really good, then the next 2 suck. . .
fwiw I don't think IF or Serotta advertise in Bicycling.

Ok, I'll indulge and say the ratings are skewed to their bigger advertisers. So who is the Consumer Reports of cycling mags? Who DOESN't take adverstising $$?

The plot thickens; I just looked at IF and Serotta's websites--Both addresses are located in Biketown, USA.

...coincidence?

Whoo... I better throw away all my bikes! Bicycling has spoken!

It's all dribble to me. What do real bike magazines rate as the best bike gear?

I would like a "real bike magazine" that isn't either all racing or all SUV ads. Preferably one I didn't have to import (to usa) for a small fortune.
