Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

This one is my all-time favorite, the best thread we ever had around here . . . Just Pictures Thread, No Talking

Unfortunately many of the pics died when the accounts died, but there's still plenty.

I didn't remember that I was the one that shut down the "Favorite Kill" thread. In retrospect..

Unlike the others previously mentioned, "When did you stop caring?" has been locked in the BF archives, to be seen only by staff. Such a pity; it took a turn on the OP and turned in to a classic beat-down.

Leg extension would be perfect if the pedal was already at 6:00. Is it even possible to complete a pedal revolution ?

A greatest thread list can't be complete with out a legendary Pcad thread. Nobody could get an epic thread started like him.

I do wish he was still just as active . . . he's one of a kind. This one isn't even one of his best: Forget This Road Nazi vs Fred Nonsense ...

I rode with Chipcom quite a few times. He was just as nice and cool in person as he was on here.

Got punched in the face. Everything else is going okay.

(That's the sound of me voting for myself)

I miss Botto.

What ever happened to Botto? Is there a better forum somewhere where Botto now resides?
