There needs to be a line of bumper stickers sized to fit the back of a Brooks saddle. They all would say "Get offa my lawn!", just in different colors so as not to clash.

And some people take too much offense at being called an aging fred by some random person on the internet. I don't mind being called a wannabe racer, but I feel that it might be insulting to actual racers. Wannabe racer would actually be a compliment for my current fitness level.

What makes you think I race? Just so everyone is clear, I changed my member title (that bit beneath my name).

If you're gonna have spacers you gotta do it with style...

Looks like it has a wee spacer below and above - as it should and as it looks and performs best. Stem looks like a 12 degree. Could be a 17 degree.
Chain ring not looking round. Looks like Wiggo or Froome ride. Both are long body guys that would ride a bigger frame and "slam" the stem.

I think the bike looks good. But I'm a form follows function guy. I'd take that fully slammed Cannondale pictured above out of the stable. The tube just needs to go through the stem to look good.

The bike is fine, it's just odd to see DA cranks with non DA rings. It's just not something you see very much and looks out of place when you do see it.

I think a slammed stem looks great on some bikes but others, well it looks like they're trying too hard. It's like a slammed suspension on a car - doesn't suit them all.

Exactly why I sold my Q-rings. I liked them, but it killed the look of the bike. And as my member title says, I'm extremely vain.
