Looks like there is nothing under 70$ wireless.
I don't mind adding a wired computer to my bike just to see my cadence... Any suggestions?

I've about a quarter million revolutions on a Wahoo Fitness foot pod cadence meter. Works great with my iPhone 6+.

Wahoo RPM will work with Strava although you *may* need to add the StravistiX extension.

For apps, you can use either Wahoo Fitness or CycleMeter. Both receive info from the sensors and both can send that activity data to Strava. Personally, I use Cyclometer with the BlueSC, TICKR and a RFLKT and at the end of a workout, it gives me the option to share to Strava. I would highly recommend it.

I've had some trouble with the sync if I don't have cycle set as the activity. If cycle is the activity, I haven't had any issues so far.
