Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

+1. And I'll presume the OP meant Tektro, which from my experience are awful.

I just bought the Ridley Fenix from Competitive Cyclist. It is a awesome bike, mine came with a Roto crank and Fulcrum wheels but Ultegra everywhere else. The seat, stem and bars are Ridley Forza brand. I replaced the stem with a shorter Ritchey, seat with a Selle Italia Gel Flow and kept the bars for now....

I don't like Tektro brakes, either. I replaced the ones that came on my Synapse with Ultegra 6800 calipers and a world of difference. 105s would most likely have worked just/about as well,

I went with the Fuji, no regrets after a 30 miles ride, it rode like a dream. I can not believe I have spent the last two years since I started riding on anything but carbon. It was like riding on a cloud/
