How can these two bikes have almost same stack?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

How can these two bikes have almost same stack?

The first is an Enigma Echo.

See the size 55. ETT is 55, HT is 16.5, and the stack is 565

The second is a Jamis Renegade

See the size 54. ETT is 55, HT is 13.2, and the stack is 565.

So both have the same stack but with a very different head tube, The BB drop difference is about 3mms only.

Fork axle to crown length. Enigma has a standard road fork, probably 370 +/- 2 mm. Jamis has a CX fork, probably 395 +/- 5 mm.

Thanks. Never thought of that. So, the two bikes would fit me similarly? Is reach/stack absolutely spot on when comparing frames?

As long as the seat tube angles are close enough that you can achieve same saddle setback using standard seat posts.

OP, the charts you provided aren't legible to me. To tiny and not enough resolution to blow them up. Sorry I can't provide any help. Besides the fork differences already mentioned, seat and head tube angle play a large part.
