Update: I just got my first bike
Recently, I posted a post on certain bikes I wanted to purchase. Yesterday, I decided to buy the Raleigh 2015 Revenio 1.0. It was on sale 30% off.
Now that I got that off my chest, I have many questions.
What gear should I use when I go up a hill?
Did I make the right decision?
Is this bike a good entry level to cycling?
When is the right time to change the groupset? to Shimano Ultegra?

What gear... depends on your fitness. I would suggest being in the small chainring and use whatever cog that gets you to the top.
Right decision... can't say. If it's the best you can afford, then ride the wheels off it and if you find you need a better bike, save up for one.
Good is a relative word. It's better than a toy store bike, but there's always "better'.
Forget upgrading. If you feel the need for upgrades, save up and get a better bike. Putting Ultegra on that bike is like putting a racing suspension and wheels on a Corolla. It will never be Porsche.
Enjoy what you have and work hard to need a better bike in the future.

How do I tell if my Fitness is perfect? I won't get another bike for awhile. I will be using this for as long I'm 25 or 28. I'm 20 turning 21 in January!

Whatever one allows you to smoothly pedal at the power output you're aiming for. Low enough that the cranks keep turning without you feeling like you're having to mash them with excessive torque, high enough that you're not struggling to keep pressure applied to the pedals as your legs spin rapidly to keep up with them.
That's for you to figure out.
It should work.
Upgrading your groupset tier costs a lot and has small benefits. If you have an entry-level bike and are considering an upgrade to something really good, it's usually more practical to just buy a whole new bike. Big piece-by-piece upgrades can be quite costly.
The right time? Depends on your goals and economics.
If you have a bike and are looking to straight-up buy more performance, start with tires, then wheels. For groupsets, by far the most important thing is that it provides the gears you need, and when it doesn't, this is something that can often be gotten for cheap by just changing the cassette or something.

Agree with the rest...
Ultegra groupset will cost almost as much as that whole bike.
That bike is plenty good enough for you to keep up with medium and even fast group rides, and even a few entry level races if you wanted to do them...if you're not keeping up, it's not the bike, it's you.

Claris is a rather good groupset for the price.
Ride and enjoy it and stop trying to validate if its a good buy. If you ride it a lot then its a good buy right?

Was going to suggest REI's Introducing to Road biking, but there's no REI in your area (25 miles radius).
This class is great for anyone who wanted to learn about road biking - including using clipless, climbing with proper gears, etc... I took it and it got me hooked up with road biking.

Does it matter what clipless pedals I get? I love my bike! Can't wait to upgrade when i get older. But for now I love what i have. Ridden over 20 miles in total already. Sadly I can only bike on the weekends, due to college.

If you do any walking in your cycling shoes get ghe spd or mountain bike shhoes. Yhe have the cleats recessed so the do not get on the way of walking. These are the two-bolt type cleats.
