new racer, which licence?
i am in a dillema, should i buy a uscf licence or something else...i am a junior(16yrs old) and i don't know what to get so any help is wanted.

I think they run under USCF rules, check with the USCF, call them and ask, or ask at a race. If they are under that body, they can tell you how to get a locence.
