Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help Me Identify My Carbon Seat Post

I bought a new bike off ebay a couple weeks back - a custom record equipped Witt -
It rides beatifully, but I don't know who made the seatpost. I've searched around - the clamping mechanism resembles those made by AX Lightness and the older Look Carbopost, but not exactly. The weave is not the really uniform kind (if that makes sense) and the post has no distinguishing markings from the manufacturer. I'd like to know, because I'm thinking about trading for something with some layback (I'm entertaining offers). The measurements of the new frame fit me perfectly (55cm TT), but I hadn't anticipated the 1cm or so difference of a straight-up seatpost.
Thanks,
Alex
