Check out Toronto Bike Meetup:

There's a few of us that prefer the longer rides at your pace. We'll usually start out at Humber Bridge and head west. For proper centuries, we'll climb the escarpment at Stoney Creek, stop and the Punchbowl bakery for butter tarts then head back. It's been me, Michael and/or Charles leading the Niagara Falls rides the last few years. TBM also hosts lots of shorter, recreational rides - warning, 20km/h would be quick for those but they're a good way to ride around the city in a group.
