@RPK79's uncle took a bunch of pics and it looks like he's been adding more over the course of the day. I haven't popped up in any of them, though I've seen a number of people that I rode with for significant amount of time.

Who do you think it is? @LesterOfPuppets, @rjones28, or someone else?

Oh, on Saturday's epic 110 mile ride, one of the riders was running eTap and his RD battery died. He switched to the front and did the rest of the ride as a 1x11.
Not exactly a ringing endorsement for electronic shifting.

Dust on the gravel typically is only bad when cars go by and cars are usually rare anyway. The wind would have kept it down too.

It does seem pretty cool. I wonder if one must be a little OCD about checking battery condition/life before rides?

Speaking of racing... I did one this past weekend that I got shelled in horribly last year. It played out in a similar fashion, crosswinds with two teams (mine being one this time) going at each other.
This year I missed the break by not much and found riding in the main group easy after that other than the downwind bit where I was close to spinning out 53x11... so progress I suppose. Team mates got 1st, 3rd and 4th from the break of 4.
