I don't follow racing but this is kind of interesting.
Flash - Giro scraps downhill prizes after outcry - France 24
Had any other races in recent times had downhill prizes?

Tuition here for a fulltime ugrad -- Canadian citizen or permanent resident -- will be right around $8000 Cdn next year for most programs. There are a few exceptions, e.g. Engineering, but that figure is typical. I think it was around $6000 a few years ago.
I do know that we are attracting quite a few U.S. students, especially from the Michigan/Illinois/Penn areas, and they would have to pay the international rate, which is around $26,000 Cdn/year typically. How does that compare?

I don't think so. All of our major universities (and the college systems, for that matter) are public; I guess like your state unis?

So, I went to Costco tonight and a guy stepped in front of many as I was reaching for a cart and virtually pulled it out of my hands. No problem until 50' later, I realized my cart had a wonky wheel with a hard pull to the right. While debating whether to return to the carts, I spotted my nemesis looking at TVs with his cart about 8-10' away. One quick move and I swapped carts and kept walking.

I think you misunderstand. These tires have a large volume, meaning they can support he same load at a relatively low pressure (~15 psi), which means that very small changes in pressure make a big difference. What I didn't like about them being too low had nothing to do with the contact patch, and everything to do with sidewall deflection (lateral squirminess) and sag (too much rolling resistance from flexing the sidewall).
A 3% change on a 23mm tire for me is like 4psi. That same 3% change is .5 psi on a plus tire.

We bought some Kroger real sugar soda. It's awesome.
I thought my taste for non diet soda had just faded with age, but I now think it's the soda companies that left me with their penchant for subsidized corn based sweeteners.

The wireless cameras are IP cameras that have their own subnet.
The base station is a DVR with a router that manages the wireless subnet on one side and connects to your home router and LAN on the other side.
These types of devices normally provide as a "feature" the ability to view live streams by connecting to the base station. Many models also offer a phone app and/or hosted web portal that you can log into to see your live streams. All this means that the private wifi subnet of the cameras has been bridged to your home router, and a hole poked in your router's firewall (assuming it has one), and allowed to communicate with the internet. This is done automatically by universal plug-and play (uPnP), which many consider a security hole.
If someone scans your home IP while a hole is poked by uPnP, they will find the base station or the camera. This is usually an automated hack.
There is big business in assembling and renting out hacked devices. There have been recent DDOS attacks on major infrastructure as a result of compromised home video setups.

First and foremost, the Browns.
Second and most less, i do not understand why someone would read the archived Addiction posts. So much was deleted that it would be like watching the IT Crowd with out ever seeing episode 2, Calamity Jen. You would never know the meanining of 0118 999 881 99 9119 725..... 3.
And finally, huffs are easier to recognize than define.
