Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Synchronized Shifting on your Shimano Equipped Di2

I am interested in programing my shifting on my 6870. I'm familiar with etube and its capabilities. I have customized how my 6770 bike shifts. My 6870 is a external setup. When I look to purchase or upgrade the battery to BM-DN110 I come up with 2 choices. The BT-DN110 seatpost internal battery or BM-DN110 which appears to be a new mount for my BTR1 battery. When I view a video of people programing the auto shifting the image that shows up on the etube software is of a mount BM-DN110? So is just the mount needed or is it the mount and battery. I have not seen just the battery BM-DN110 for sale anywhere on the web.

Just need the mount, the existing external battery is compatible.
