How do I adjust stem angle on mu Allez Elite?

How do I adjust stem angle on mu Allez Elite?
I know there is some kind of eccentric adjuster or cam or something that allows one to adjust the stem angle. Before I go screwing things up, can someone explain how to do this? There is nothing mentioned in the manual.

I didn't know they put that on the Allez too -- I have it on my Sequoia. You need to remove the pivot bolt that holds the stem in place. I recommend experimenting to find out what angle is best for you and then get a fixed stem of that angle. If it's the same adjustable stem they put on the Sequoia, no matter how much you tighten the pivot bolt there will still be some play in the stem.
