Which Bike Should I Buy?

I'm about to purchase a bicycle. I want something that I can lock up for a few hours and not worry about anyone stealing it. I've got 2 choices lined up for me on ebay. Which one would you pick and why?

I vote cannondale because it is blue and looks better. However which size fits you better? The 54 or the 60cm?
