Yeah....Why Isn't Lance National Champion of his Country?...........
Seriouly, I think he should have won Philly again, just to go over and ride the Tour in the Stars and Stripes like he did in '93
Hincapie was in the Stars and Stripes on year, and 2 seconds from Yellow, but they couldn't get it for him...
