Any other 12EE feet out there? What do you ride in?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Any other 12EE feet out there? What do you ride in?

Lots of bike shops, lots of shoes - rarely in my size to try on. In the hopes of narrowing down the playing field, what do other 12EE feet people wear for road shoes? I'm not looking to be told what to buy, but I'd like to have a list of shoes to look for and try.

Much appreciated!

I have an 11E and I wear Specialized Comp Mountain Shoe https://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCEqP...jsp?spid=10150
I wanted I shoe compatible with SPD pedals and that I could walk in, so I opted for mountain shoe over road shoe. Has a really roomy toe box. Might want to look at Sidi, as they make a mega ( or wide size ) in a few of their models.

I wear a pair of diadoras (12eee) in size 13. MTB shoes (are they wider? they always look like it)... I would have prefered some actual wider shoes but couldn't find any at the time, some years back. If you try the sidi megas, let me know. Does NB make any wide shoes?

I've got an 11 1/2 EE and actually fit in a pair of Nike's MTB shoes pretty well. Funny since I was never able to wear a pair of Nike street shoes, haven't even bothered to try a pair on in years.
