Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The instructions are just terrible! It's just on a cardboard box with pictures and has written no instructions, they can't expect everyone to know how to install these things or be bike experts... so how do you do it? Installing the computer itself was fustrating enough taking 1 hour to install.

Hook up the electrical contacts to the Main Computer mount.. Twist/Run the wire down the head tube and then down tube and use cable ties/tape to secure it. Run the wire over the Bottom bracket and twist around the seat stay.. Use the rubber band to secure the sensor on the chain stay. make sure there are no loose bits of wire.. if so wind around chain stay till its taut.. Install the magnet so that its parallel to the sensor.

Just in case... https://www.answers.com/topic/bicycle-frame

Make sure you put the sensor on top of the chain stay. I mounted mine on the bottom when I moved it to my new bike, and it quit working after a few weeks. I was about to buy a new computer (or at least a replacement sensor) when I realized they go out of their way to show that orientation. I'd rather mount it underneath, as it's more out of sight that way. It also doesn't show the logo. I think that there is a ferrous bit inside that gets picked up as it is pulled along by the magnet and it just doesn't like other orientations.
