I have a friend who owns a Tallerico track bike w/ Colombus Brain tubing. It's pretty sweet, I have not ridden it though.

I know that he builds track, road and cross frames. He raced MTB but don't know if he builds mtb frames. Mine is a lugged road frame with Columbus tubes.
