Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have a degree in art, which means something, but I'm not sure what. I think it means that I can recognize what makes a good photo. Symbolism was an issue we learned about as being very important to effectively convey a message.

Where am I going with this? Yesterday, I saw a chick on her MTB going down the road at a fairly good pace. Fit, tan, and shapely, she had on short bike shorts and a crop top. She had one of those giant cable locks, and was wearing it around her waist kind of like a belt.

Symbolism.

There's nothing worse than a chaste girl. Unless you have the key, of course

Honestly, if I had a camera with me at the time, I would have taken one. It was a sight to behold.

Hey....it wasn't that great. goofy looking suntan and leg veins don't count for much with the 3-wheelers when you're driving a 1985 Toyota Corona and have to make $20 last a whole night.

I'm a trained professional. In my hands, a camera is a weapon.

I don't think you can pick up the cycleway from the M4. You'll need to exit at Walgrove rd. ride to the Great Western Hwy, take a right and get onto the cycleway there. You can do the M7 to the M2 which has a shoulder cycleway, take the first or second getoff after the toll. First one puts you on Monavale Rd then to Forrest Way .....................
Second puts on Delhi Rd to Cahtswood, Roseville..................................

It's pretty sad when some roadie guys behave worse than the BMX kids. They made The Aussie Thread look as dry and boring as parliament.
