Felt frame warranty?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Felt frame warranty?

I wasn't able to find frame warranty info on the Felt website - is it 3 years? 5 years? lifetime?

I have my "owners manual" at home... I'm pretty sure it's dependent on the bike. 3 years or 5 years. Maybe some of the more expensive ones are lifetime? Which bike are you looking at?

Interestingly... in my manual (which must be from 2004) it has:

Five years coverage applies to the following bicycles:
o Road bikes with drop handlebars (model numbers F85, F75, F65)
o Speed biked - Road bikes with flat handlebars (model number SR91, SR81, SR71)

Three years coverage applies to the following bicycles:
o Road Racing bikes with drop handlebars (model numbers F50, F35, F25, F15, F10)
o Triathlon bikes (model number S22, S32)

I would check with your dealer.

As CyLowe97 already stated. Go to the web site for the warranty on new bikes. Felt changed their warranty policy this summer. I have no doubt that what dspyder wrote from the manual was correct when the manual was printed. But it has changed. I believe most are lifetime now. But see the web site.
