Buffalo Bicycle Classic (Boulder, Colorado)
Next month I'm riding the Buffalo Bicycle Classic (Buffalo Bicycle Classic) which will be my first full century (I've ridden metric centuries in the past).
I am wondering if others who have ridden this in the past have advice or comments about the ride, the route and its general difficulty/lack of difficulty. I'm familiar with most of the roads with the exception of the parts of the course that are north of Carter Lake.
Is anybody else doing this ride?

Out of town that day... I was going to do it, but will miss it this year. Go drive the course and check it out before the big day.
Good luck, and have fun.

Thanks Mike, you too! I'd guess we crossed paths as well given our times were so close. I got in some really nice pacelines that helped me out, especially when heading back down through Hygeine. The wind out of the south was annoying, that doesn't normally happen in Colorado!
I agree, I thought that it was a good ride, well organized. The only problem I saw was at the aid station right past Carter lake, when I came through it the second time they were out of water.
I live in Erie, so I'm close to you. Where do you normally ride?

It was yesterday, so you'll have to wait until next year! Sorry.
The area around Carter was fun...really nice steep downhill right north of the lake, I hit 51 or so there.
