Just got a CycleOps resistance rollers from Brand's cycle for 275 shipped. Six resistance settings and just a brutal workout if you can stick with it. The rollers have been easy to use so far but you will get bored quick so order at least one spinervals.

I second the Spinervals. I also just got a set of rollers off Ebay that really helps mix it up.

Have you tried the roller in conjunction with Spinervals. I have No Mercy on the way from performance but was worried since I can't stand up and pedal with rollers yet.
We should ride sometime.

I just tried it out for the first time today. It's a little tricky to get used to. I need to get another 50 or so miles on it before I'm ready to do Spinervals on it.
Sounds like a plan. I won't have any time until probably Saturday or Sunday though. Maybe meet up at Eastwood Metro Park or Xenia Station...head out toward
S. Charleston?
