HELP! shoe stuck in pedal
Is there a way to release the padal without twisting the shoe? It seems as though one of the scres in my cleat has come out because I can spin the shoe 360 degrees.
I wish someone could've got a picture of my face trying to dismount at that stoplight.

what pedals are we talking about?
If we are talking along the lines of looks, that doenst make sense, yes the screw couldve lossenes but it couldnt have fallen out becasue it doesnt have space.
And as said above kind of, find the tension screw for the pedal, and loosen that sucker. that should do it. But dont loosen it to much Just in Case.

Ouch Depending on the pedals spring set up and if you can get at it from the bottom you might beable to gently use 2 flat head scredrivers to push the sprng back and release the pedal. Or maybe even put a new screw in to the cleat from the bottom of the pedal.

What type of pedals? I'd try some type of lever action on the spring portion of the pedal if at all possible.
