I think the starting bid is the top end of what it's worth.

Here is a quote attributed to John Howard about the bikes built under his marque:
"The bikes--Dave Tesch build about 230 of them in 1983-4 and Dave Moultin also made about that many in 82-83 They are Columbus SP in the stays and SL in the main frame. I own three of them. We sold them all quickly. The idea was limited edition, so they are collectable. Nothing against Tesch, but I always prefered the [Dave Moulton] verion [sic.], and considered it a better riding frame, but they are both period state of the art in terms of finish with flawless lug work and paint. I won two masters national titles--TT and Road riding one of each. Good choice."

A quality steel frame with a 105 group. There's nothing wrong with it. I would try to get for as cheap as possible. I would wait to bid until the end. I probably wouldn't want to spend much more than $550, but that's just me. It does seem to have some classic value to it, but not as much as one may think.
