Korso Wheels have arrived
Surprisingly my wheels arrived today although they were supposedly on back order until mid December. I'm in the process of getting them set up, but I have an issue with the rear wheel. Can anyone tell me whether or not over-tightening the lock ring on the cassette will cause the rear wheel to not spin very well? It's almost as if the breaks are rubbing, but they are not.

If these really are the same as the Neuvation M28, then you'll need to use the shim that is included with every new Shimano cassette. Without the shim, the cogs will be loose on the freehub.

Hi: I recieved my new bike in Sept.; When you stopped peddling to coast or stop the chain would pile up on the top of the rail behind the crank. My LBS contacted Ritchey, who told them the rear wheel needed different seal and shim kit, which they sent and the wheel works great now. Have your LBS check out the wheel, they should know what to do. On a different note I am plaining to ride the Natchez Trace Parkway in the spring. From Nashville to Natchez Miss. Have you ever done this? Do you know what time the dogwood trees bloom around Nashville? Thanks

Well the proper torque for the cassette lock nut is so high that I very much doubt that you have it on there too tight but I don't believe even if you did that it would cause that much resistance to rotation...something else is wrong if it really feels as though the brakes are on. You are saying this with the wheels mounted on the bike and you on it right? Not simply spinning the cassette? If the cassette stops quickly and you haven't mounted it yet I would chalk it up to a lot of lube in the free hub and it should break in quickly...that would NOT feel like the brakes are on when you are on the bike though.
If you aren't sure take it to your LBS and have them have a look for sure.

It does appear to be the freehub sticking just a bit. Hopefully it will free up once ridden.
