Ditto. The bike I want to buy is the white '08 CAAD9. All I've seen is the generic picture of the frame from Cdale's website.

A new pic of my old Cannondale, yet since I took this picture, I have reinstalled a left brifter and no longer use a downtube shifter on the left.

their paint schemes are really hit and miss, but for me the pinnacle is the '06 silver design
You can see the wrinkle in the top tube from united parcel smashers, so I got the frame/fork for around half retail.

I've posted this in here before, but not on this C'Dale thread
98 R4000 w/DA and a Books Swallow saddle. Just powder coated and rebuilt, I did all but the coating.

Thanks a lot, I know "brown" doesn't leap to mind for a bike color...this also has a slight metallic in it. Looks like a well-drawn latte.

Here
The blue frame was ebayed and is now in Spain....Dec 2007 Then in December 2008 I crahsed the beatifull Sys 6 54cm Red and black so i had no other option thant to get a 56cm Sys 6 Balck and silver. I have decided not to make very sharp fast turns as a way to kick ass, it has cost me 4 frames in the last 3yrs!

I got professionally fit to my bike. I was way to low to breathe properly with my old setup, so new bars (Deda Newton's in the clasic deep drop), and a longer 120mm stem. I was running Deda Newton Pista's and a 110mm stem for a little while. This is the last incarnation until I can show off all of my new coming wheels.

A piss poor pic of my bike as it is now
(larger picture in link below)
I will be replacing the Alien post with a Thomson (need zero setback), perhaps the seat with whatever I used before, and the bars with crit bars. I'll use white tape if I put the whatever seat I have on as it's white. I think it's called the Titanio but I have no idea. Otherwise I'll use black, since I have a half dozen sets of each color.
The Reynolds DV46Cs are my new training wheels, the DV46Ts are elsewhere in the dungeon:

still waiting on the humongous FD but it's otherwise finished. I've never ridden a sub 20lb. bike before so it was quite a shock to be up to speed in 10 revolutions. Another eye opener was the cornering; digging into a 90 degree turn at 20mph felt effortless and natural. A lot twitchier too. It seems like I only have to think about swerving around the pothole. The AC350 front is flexy as hell but I still haven't had it tensioned since its UPS journey. Needless to say everyone around the house is pretty tired of me right now.

Cannondale really needs to bring back loud paint jobs with the old logos. I'm thinking solid yellow and orange with 1980's-1990 decals. HOT.

The Liquigas paint scheme in the CAAD9 is only available in Europe. Go to the Cannondale website and choose Europe as a location and you'll find it. It's interesting how differently they spec their bikes in different locations throughout the world....

Don't get me wrong boys. I LOVE my new Cannondale Six13. But the bikes have about as much bling as friggin hydrants. Ooofaaa they're ugly bikes.
But who cares? I bought my bike to RIDE it. And it's the best bike I've ever ridden. But butt ugly. I put a Hefty bag over it in my garage so I don't have to look at it when I'm not riding : ).
