Having trouble finding a 34.9 seatpost collar

Having trouble finding a 34.9 seatpost collar
Went to change the height of my seat the other day and when I was loosing up the bolt on the seat collar, the wrench all of a sudden got really easy to spin, *crack!*. I've been to all of my LBS's and nobody has a 34.9 collar. When it comes to these little things, do you get what you pay for? There are a few on Supergo but they're really inexpensive, like $2 a pop. Are these ok?

how about 35mm? go to www.aebike.com
and click on "catalog" at the top left, search for seatpost collar. take your pick!
