Lycra jersey Question

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Looks fine. I'm carrying a little extra weight so I like my jerseys a little loose. He is slender and the fit looks fine. Yes, shorts are worn without any underware. I just wash my stuff in the washer with Woolite and then air dry. I do try to wash right after my ride when possible.

I put the image codes on for ya, but if ya don't want them I'll get ride of them

they also look fine to me, too. The shorts look a teeny bit tight, but some people like them like that, and they stretch, so they should be fine.

no 'undies' under the knicks

Fit looks just fine.

He should go commando under the cycling shorts. The last thing you want down there is cotton underwear of any kind.

A jersey is not too tight unless it interferes with your breathing. If the jersey is baggy under your arms or around your waist, then it is too big.
