Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Jersey Fixations

I'm trying to figure out if my current jersey fixations are abnormal like my wife says they are.

oh wait....just saw the poll on top.......that explains it.
I voted sponsors jersey. It is actually our LBS's "team" jersey so I guess that is the closest correct answer.

Based on the results, I see why great deals on jerseys with no sponsor logos are hard to find, compared to jerseys with sponsor logos on websites that specialize in that sort of thing.

You sound like a candidate for the OCP club.

No jersey with sponsor since I don't get them free and of course.......no a pro rider! I don't even buy the sponsored jerseys because they are too damn high. I have a friend that has a shirt connection for sports wear. I get the dri-fit type cycling clothing (wicking fiber) for about $10 or less per shirt with no writing or silk screen crap on it! I make out like a bandit on cycling wear! I can buy 7 shirts for the price of a logo shirt from my LBS or online. It's in who you know.......not what you know!

Strangely the fixations center around jerseys with Columbian sponsorship logos. Mostly because they can be had for $33 online.
