anyone use the Polar Coaching website?
Does anyone have experience with Polars' Cycling Coach web service? I just started using it and it looks like a decent program.
I setup a 4 week training program that looks something like this:
Sunday - Long ride, 3-4 hrs. in HR Zone 2
Monday - Uphill Intervals, x8, 3min. sitting/2min standing @ 50-60 cadence (Zone 3), recover 10 min @ 90 cadence (Zone 2)
Tuesday- Spinning Intervals, x2, 10min @ 110-120 cadence, then 5 min. @ 90 cadence (Zone 3)
Friday - Interval Ride, x10, 4min in Zone 4, then 2 min in Zone 2.
I added:
Wednesday with Uphill Intervals (same as Monday but different route)
Thursday - Spinning Intervals (same as Tuesday)

I'm using Polar's website too. But my program is for a beginner. I haven't had a bike for 10 years now so I'm coming back slow.
My long ride is only 70 minutes in zone 2. All the rest are 45-50 minutes rides alternating between zone 2 and 3.
I'll probably do 4 weeks of that and then I'll switch to a more advanced program.

I'm using the site just to keep a log of my rides on my road bike. I'm not using the training program - mostly because I would probably find it hard to stay in low zones - I just like to ride, damnit!
I think the site itself is pretty sweet though - even if it's a bit slow loading all that flash content. Does anyone know if it's possible to make my data public?
