$40 is a bit steep for 1 DVD. Its well done, but way over my budget.

S&H is $8 in the U.S., too. Too bad. I'll bet they'd sell a bunch if the price was right.

I'd love to be in the room or office when these guys sit around and decide what there going to charge for shipping and handling. You can mail a DVD anywhere in the USA for under $1.00 plus packaging. In my opinion it's poor marketing.
